McCormick Scottsdale: Beautiful Room Views You Can Not Get Enough Of
On A Four Night stay at the McCormick Scottsdale, I enjoyed comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and a view to die for. While some hotels I toured had some glorious rooftop bars, pools and vantage points, I was as surprised as you may be to find that my favorite view was that of my rooms balcony at the McCormick Scottsdale. Situated on Floor 3, towards the end of the building, I was in a Superior Room with two double beds and a private balcony/patio including table and chairs. A little note to put this into perspective:
The Phoenician: A Resort As Luxurious As It Sounds
Resting at the base of Camel back mountain, The Phoenician has served as a peaceful sanctuary to it’s patrons for 33 years. In 1985, Charles Keating, founder, schemed grand plans for a multi-million dollar luxury resort to display only the finest of European sophistication and style – but in the middle of the Sonoran desert. In order to make the hotel not only a luxury resort but a work of art, he aspired to include only the finest materials in the building of The Phoenician.

Hyatt Regency, Gainey Ranch: A Beachy Paradise
Nestled in the Scottsdale desert and framed against the McDowell Mountains, Hyatt Regency rests. As a 4-star hotel, they’ve earned a renowned reputation and are often compared to a Hawaii hotel in all its splendor. From their sweeping grand foyer with floor to ceiling windows to their magnificent expanse of swimming areas including a designated ‘adults-only’ pool and a poolside bar, there’s not much to want for at this 27 acre destination.
